Le propriétaire est mis en prison.
L'équipage de trois honduriens sont laissé sans argent. Grâce aux efforts du prêtre des Missions to Seamen et des citoyens de Québec, ils sont rapatrié sans frais. 


Huit policiers SWAT du GRC on descendu de deux helicoptères de la force armée canadien sur le navire quand il a refusé de mouiller à Québec. Le propriétaire est arrêté et tenu sans caution.
 (Il a passé trois mois en prison.)
